Description

Enjoy a fun, crispy twist on pasta with these air fryer pasta chips! Perfect for dipping, snacking, or serving at parties.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne, bowtie, or rigatoni)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Cook pasta until al dente, then drain and let cool slightly.
  • In a bowl, toss the pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place pasta in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  • Remove from air fryer and immediately sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Serve warm with marinara or cheese dip.
