Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
- In a bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are crispy and golden.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot.
Notes
For extra crispiness, soak the sliced potatoes in water for 30 minutes before cooking. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer for even cooking.
