- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooked rice or vegetables, for serving
- Optional: sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chicken pieces with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add teriyaki sauce and mix until chicken is well coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice glaze.
- Serve over rice or vegetables, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider marinating the chicken in the teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes before cooking. Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
