Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey until smooth.
- Add oats, vanilla extract, and baking soda. Stir well until the dough holds together.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet, leaving space between cookies.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges turn light brown.
- Let the cookies cool on the sheet for a few minutes, then move to a rack to cool fully.
Notes
Use thick peanut butter for better texture and store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
