Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
- Add the rolled oats, milk, maple syrup (if using), baking powder, baking soda, vanilla extract, and salt to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
- If desired, fold in chocolate chips or blueberries.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin tin cups.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy your muffins as a healthy snack or breakfast!
Notes
Make sure your bananas are really ripe for the best sweetness and flavor. You can use any type of milk, including almond, soy, or oat milk, to make these muffins dairy-free.
