- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, red onion, raisins or cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
- In a separate small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
