Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrots, and sliced bell pepper.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss until everything is well coated.
- If desired, add hot sauce for extra flavor.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
For extra crunch, add chopped apples or nuts like almonds or walnuts. For a lighter version, swap the mayonnaise for Greek yogurt.
