Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bow tie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, red onion, black olives, and feta cheese.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
