Ingredients
2 cups shredded chicken
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup buffalo sauce
½ cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Mix cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing until smooth.
3. Stir in chicken and half the cheese.
4. Spread into a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
5. Bake 20 minutes or until bubbly.
6. Serve hot with celery or chips.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
For a milder dip, reduce buffalo sauce slightly.
Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
