Ingredients

Chicken thighs – 1 lb

Soy sauce – 1/4 cup

Brown sugar – 2 tbsp

Garlic cloves – 4, minced

Ginger – 1 tbsp, grated

Chicken broth – 2 cups

Sesame oil – 1 tbsp

Rice – 2 cups, cooked

Green onions – 2, sliced

Sesame seeds – 1 tsp

Instructions

1. Marinate chicken with soy, sugar, garlic, and ginger.

2. Heat sesame oil and sear chicken until golden brown.

3. Add broth, simmer 10 minutes.

4. Serve chicken and broth over rice, garnish with green onions and sesame.

Notes

For a spicier version, add chili oil or flakes.
