- 1 loaf of bread (Italian or French)
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the loaf of bread into individual rolls without cutting all the way through.
- Stuff each roll with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Brush the garlic herb butter mixture over the rolls.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
These rolls are best served warm. For extra crunch, sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top before baking.
