Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of bread (Italian or French)
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut the loaf of bread into individual rolls without cutting all the way through.
  4. Stuff each roll with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Brush the garlic herb butter mixture over the rolls.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

These rolls are best served warm. For extra crunch, sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top before baking.
