Ingredients
- Flatbread
- Cooked chicken (diced)
- Romaine lettuce (chopped)
- Parmesan cheese (shredded)
- Caesar dressing
- Olive oil (for drizzling)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (or prepare the air fryer).
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Toss the diced chicken with Caesar dressing until well coated.
- Spread the chicken mixture over the flatbread.
- Top with chopped romaine and shredded Parmesan cheese.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or air fry for about 8-10 minutes until the flatbread is crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve immediately.
Notes
Best served hot and fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a couple of days.
