Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
- In a third bowl, place the crushed cornflakes.
- Dip each chicken breast first in the flour mixture, then in the eggs, and finally coat with cornflakes.
- Place the chicken on a greased sheet pan.
- Spray the tops with cooking spray for extra crispiness.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve hot with salad, steamed vegetables, or mashed potatoes.
Notes
Ensure the chicken breasts are even in thickness for even cooking. For extra flavor, consider adding grated Parmesan to the cornflakes.
