- 2 cups fresh crab meat
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, heavy cream, egg yolks, mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into small ramekins or a baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and melted butter.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the crab mixture.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the top is golden and crispy.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
