Indulge in a rich and flavorful crab dish with a caramelized golden crust, bringing out the natural sweetness of the crab meat in every bite! 


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh crab meat
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix crab meat, heavy cream, egg yolks, mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  • Divide the mixture into small ramekins or a baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and melted butter.
  • Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the crab mixture.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the top is golden and crispy.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
