- 1 package cream cheese
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 can corn (drained)
- 1 cup jalapenos (chopped, pickled or fresh)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Set your slow cooker on low.
- Put cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning mix in the slow cooker.
- Layer in the corn, jalapenos, bacon, and cheddar cheese.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Cook on low for 120-180 minutes, stirring occasionally, until warm and creamy.
- Serve hot with chips or crackers.
Notes
Use full-fat cream cheese and sour cream for the creamiest result. Drain the canned corn well to avoid watery dip.
