  • Total Time: 195 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 can corn (drained)
  • 1 cup jalapenos (chopped, pickled or fresh)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Set your slow cooker on low.
  2. Put cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning mix in the slow cooker.
  3. Layer in the corn, jalapenos, bacon, and cheddar cheese.
  4. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  5. Cook on low for 120-180 minutes, stirring occasionally, until warm and creamy.
  6. Serve hot with chips or crackers.

Notes

Use full-fat cream cheese and sour cream for the creamiest result. Drain the canned corn well to avoid watery dip.
