Ingredients

  • 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

  7. Blend the mixture until smooth, then stir in heavy cream.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs or a sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper.
