- 48 Ritz Crackers
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped chives
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, chives, red bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Spread a teaspoon of the cheese mixture onto one Ritz Cracker, then top with a second cracker to form a sandwich.
- Repeat until all crackers and filling are used. Optionally, garnish with chopped chives and serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
For added flavor, chill the sandwiches for about 30 minutes before serving. You can customize the filling with different herbs and spices as desired.
