Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion
2 cups mushrooms
3 cloves garlic
1 cup broth
¾ cup sour cream
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt, pepper, paprika
Egg noodles
Instructions
1. Cook turkey until browned.
2. Sauté onion, garlic, and mushrooms.
3. Add broth and mustard, simmer.
4. Stir in sour cream.
5. Serve over noodles.
Notes
Best served fresh. Add a splash of broth when reheating.
