- Pizza dough
- Cheese (mozzarella or a blend)
- Pepperoni or your favorite toppings
- Pizza sauce
- Olive oil or cooking spray
- Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into small squares.
- Place a small spoonful of cheese, pepperoni, or other toppings, and pizza sauce in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over and seal the edges to form a roll.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.
- Arrange the rolls in the basket without overcrowding them.
- Lightly spray the tops of the rolls with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning if desired.
- Cook in the air fryer for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with additional pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
Seal the edges well to prevent filling from leaking. Experiment with different fillings for variety.
