- 5.3 lbs Chicken Wings
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 2 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 tsp Slap Ya Mama Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1 tsp White Granulated Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder (Heaping)
- 1/2 cup Frank’s Hot Sauce
- 3 Tbsp Butter
- 3 Tbsp Honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Pat dry your chicken wings with a paper towel.
- Separate the flats and the drumettes using a sharp knife and discard the wing tips.
- In a large bowl, mix chicken wings with olive oil and all seasonings until well-coated.
- Transfer wings onto a baking rack on a foil-lined sheet pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes, flip, and bake for another 25 minutes.
- Toss wings in buffalo sauce, then place back on the rack in the turned-off heated oven for 5 minutes.
Notes
For an extra kick, add cayenne pepper to the seasoning. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
