Delicious and easy-to-make crispy oven-baked buffalo wings that the whole family will love.

Ingredients

  • 5.3 lbs Chicken Wings
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Seasoned Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Slap Ya Mama Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1 tsp White Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Baking Powder (Heaping)
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s Hot Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp Butter
  • 3 Tbsp Honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Pat dry your chicken wings with a paper towel.
  3. Separate the flats and the drumettes using a sharp knife and discard the wing tips.
  4. In a large bowl, mix chicken wings with olive oil and all seasonings until well-coated.
  5. Transfer wings onto a baking rack on a foil-lined sheet pan.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes, flip, and bake for another 25 minutes.
  7. Toss wings in buffalo sauce, then place back on the rack in the turned-off heated oven for 5 minutes.

Notes

For an extra kick, add cayenne pepper to the seasoning. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
