- 4 Corn or Flour Tortillas
- 1 cup Pizza Sauce or Marinara Sauce
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup Toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, etc.)
- 1 teaspoon Italian Herbs
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut each tortilla into 6 or 8 triangles.
- Lay the triangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly oiled.
- Spoon a little pizza sauce on each triangle, spreading it thinly.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top.
- Add chosen toppings in small pieces for even baking.
- Sprinkle Italian herbs, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes.
- Bake for 8–12 minutes, watching closely to avoid burning.
- Let chips cool for 2–3 minutes on the baking sheet before moving.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature, and store leftovers in an airtight container for 1–2 days, or freeze for up to 2 weeks.
