This Crockpot Chicken Alfredo Tortellini is creamy, cheesy, and packed with homestyle comfort. With tender chicken, cheesy tortellini, and rich Alfredo sauce, this slow cooker recipe is a family favorite.

Ingredients

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 bag (20 oz) frozen cheese tortellini

3 cups Alfredo sauce (jarred or homemade)

1 cup heavy cream

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.

2. Add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

3. Pour in Alfredo sauce and heavy cream.

4. Cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours.

5. Shred the chicken with two forks.

6. Stir in tortellini, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Cook for another 30 minutes.

7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken to cut down cook time.

Add broccoli or spinach for a veggie boost.

Substitute with gluten-free tortellini for dietary needs.
