- 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed nuts, rolled oats, dark chocolate chips, honey or maple syrup, sea salt, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars. Enjoy your homemade nut bars!

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week, or freeze for up to three months.
