- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Open the package of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit into a circle and place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the filled buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes.
