- 1 pie crust
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, etc.)
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, onions, etc.)
- 1 cup cooked meats (bacon, sausage, ham, etc.)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: herbs (like parsley or thyme)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the pie crust in a pie dish.
- Spread the cheese evenly over the crust.
- Add the vegetables and meats on top of the cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture over the fillings.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the egg is set and the top is lightly golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving. Enjoy your quiche warm!
Notes
Cool the quiche completely before storing it in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat slices in the microwave or oven.
