- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place them open-faced on a baking sheet.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the rolls.
- Top each roll with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm as a side dish or appetizer.

Best served warm. Pairs well with pasta dishes, soups, or can be dipped in marinara sauce.
