Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
  • 13 oz. – 16 oz. Frozen Peas (thawed, drained)
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • ½ cup Purple/Red Onion (chopped)
  • ¼ cup Real Bacon Bits

Instructions

  1. Thaw the peas and drain well.
  2. Whisk the mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Add the peas, shredded cheddar, chopped red onion, and bacon bits.
  4. Stir until all pieces are coated with the dressing.
  5. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes to let flavors blend.

Notes

Thaw and drain peas well to avoid a watery salad. The salad is best made a few hours ahead for optimal flavor blending.
