- ¾ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Sour Cream
- 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
- 13 oz. – 16 oz. Frozen Peas (thawed, drained)
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- ½ cup Purple/Red Onion (chopped)
- ¼ cup Real Bacon Bits
Instructions
- Thaw the peas and drain well.
- Whisk the mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add the peas, shredded cheddar, chopped red onion, and bacon bits.
- Stir until all pieces are coated with the dressing.
- Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes to let flavors blend.
Notes
Thaw and drain peas well to avoid a watery salad. The salad is best made a few hours ahead for optimal flavor blending.
