- 8 oz goat cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 1/2 cup chopped herbs (parsley, chives, or dill)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Assorted crackers or vegetables for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and goat cheese until smooth.
- Add shredded cheese, herbs, bell pepper, nuts, garlic, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Shape the mixture into a ball or mini balls.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Serve with assorted crackers or vegetables.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese and goat cheese are softened for easier mixing. Experiment with different herbs and nuts to find your favorite combination.
