- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and salt until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray.
- Freeze for at least 2-3 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, pop the bites out of the molds and store them in a freezer-safe container.
Notes
Use creamy peanut butter for a smoother texture. Feel free to add other mix-ins such as nuts, seeds, or dried fruits.
