A fun and tasty twist on the classic cheeseburger, these rollups combine garlic butter, savory beef, and creamy cheese wrapped in fluffy crescent roll dough.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp garlic butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
  • 1 pack of crescent roll dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: pickles, diced onions, mustard, ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add garlic butter to the beef and stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cooked beef with cream cheese and shredded cheese until well combined.
  5. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  6. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll it up.
  7. Place the rollups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
