1 lb turkey tenderloin (about 2 fillets)
4 tbsp butter, divided
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp fresh thyme or rosemary
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Pat turkey dry and season with salt and pepper.
3. Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a skillet; sear turkey 3–4 minutes per side.
4. Add garlic and herbs; cook until fragrant.
5. Transfer skillet to oven and bake 20–25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
6. Drizzle with remaining butter and rest before slicing.
Notes
Let the turkey rest before slicing to keep it juicy.
Add lemon zest for brightness or chili flakes for heat.
