Ingredients

1 lb turkey tenderloin (about 2 fillets)

4 tbsp butter, divided

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp fresh thyme or rosemary

Salt & pepper to taste

1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Pat turkey dry and season with salt and pepper.

3. Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a skillet; sear turkey 3–4 minutes per side.

4. Add garlic and herbs; cook until fragrant.

5. Transfer skillet to oven and bake 20–25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

6. Drizzle with remaining butter and rest before slicing.

Notes

Let the turkey rest before slicing to keep it juicy.

Add lemon zest for brightness or chili flakes for heat.
