Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are golden, cheesy bites filled with seasoned beef and wrapped in fluffy dough. Brushed with garlic butter and topped with Parmesan, they make the perfect appetizer or family meal.

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 cup cheddar or mozzarella cheese, cubed

1 can refrigerated biscuit or pizza dough

4 tbsp melted butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet.

2. Brown ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain and let cool.

3. Flatten biscuit or pizza dough circles. Add spoonful of beef and cube of cheese.

4. Fold dough over filling and pinch edges to seal.

5. Place seam-side down on baking sheet. Brush with garlic butter.

6. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown.

7. Remove, sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with marinara, ranch, or garlic aioli for dipping.

Freeze before baking and cook directly from frozen with 5–7 extra minutes.
