- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons strawberry puree (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- While the bread is cooling, prepare the glaze by mixing the powdered sugar with strawberry puree until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled bread before slicing. Enjoy!

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days, or refrigerate for up to a week. To freeze, wrap tightly and store for up to three months.
