- 2 cups Chex mix
- 2 cups popcorn
- 2 cups pretzels (gluten-free if desired)
- 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts (unsalted)
- 9 oz white chocolate (dairy-free if desired)
- 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
- Christmas sprinkles
Instructions
- Add the Chex mix, popcorn, pretzels, and peanuts to a large bowl.
- Melt the white chocolate and coconut oil using your preferred method (microwave or double boiler).
- Pour the melted white chocolate over the mix and stir to coat all the pieces well.
- Fold in sprinkles and any other add-ins you’d like.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or until set.
- Break into pieces and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in a cool, dry place or in the fridge for up to one week.
