Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chex mix
  • 2 cups popcorn
  • 2 cups pretzels (gluten-free if desired)
  • 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts (unsalted)
  • 9 oz white chocolate (dairy-free if desired)
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
  • Christmas sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Add the Chex mix, popcorn, pretzels, and peanuts to a large bowl.
  2. Melt the white chocolate and coconut oil using your preferred method (microwave or double boiler).
  3. Pour the melted white chocolate over the mix and stir to coat all the pieces well.
  4. Fold in sprinkles and any other add-ins you’d like.
  5. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or until set.
  6. Break into pieces and enjoy!
