- 1 package Red Velvet Oreos (22 cookies)
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 7 oz green candy melts
- Red heart sprinkles
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a food processor, pulse the Oreo cookies until fine crumbs form.
- Add in the cream cheese and mix again until a soft dough forms.
- Using a tablespoon measuring spoon, scoop out the dough and roll it between your palms. Place each ball on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat until all dough is used.
- Chill the balls in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the candy melts in 30-second increments, stirring in between. If the candy melts aren’t thin enough to dip, add 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil or any unflavored oil and mix well.
- Using a chocolate dipping fork, dip each truffle ball into the melted candy, coating it evenly. Place the coated truffle back on the baking sheet and repeat with the remaining truffles.
- Place the leftover candy melts in a piping bag and drizzle over the truffles. Immediately add a red heart sprinkle on top to create the iconic Grinch heart.
- Allow the truffles to set in the fridge for a few minutes, then enjoy!

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for up to a month.
