- 1 pound ground sausage
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 12 slices rye bread
- Butter for toasting
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground sausage and ground beef until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and both cheeses, cooking until melted.
- Cut the rye bread into small squares and toast them in a buttered skillet until golden.
- Spoon the meat and cheese mixture onto each square of rye bread.
- Serve warm as sliders and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, add diced onions or bell peppers to the meat mixture. You can also use slider buns or tortilla wraps instead of rye bread.
