Quick and delicious Hawaiian Roll Sliders made with leftover ham, cheese, and a sweet mustard glaze, perfect for busy families.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Hawaiian rolls
  • 2 cups leftover ham
  • 1 cup cheese (Swiss or cheddar)
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the entire pack of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
  3. Place the bottom half of the rolls in a baking dish.
  4. Layer the leftover ham and cheese on the rolls.
  5. Mix melted butter, honey, Dijon mustard, and poppy seeds together, then drizzle over the top of the sliders.
  6. Place the top half of the rolls on the sandwiches.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to customize the sliders with different meats or cheeses. Excellent as a party appetizer or a family dinner.
