- 1 pack Hawaiian rolls
- 2 cups leftover ham
- 1 cup cheese (Swiss or cheddar)
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the entire pack of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
- Place the bottom half of the rolls in a baking dish.
- Layer the leftover ham and cheese on the rolls.
- Mix melted butter, honey, Dijon mustard, and poppy seeds together, then drizzle over the top of the sliders.
- Place the top half of the rolls on the sandwiches.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to customize the sliders with different meats or cheeses. Excellent as a party appetizer or a family dinner.
