- 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

- 1 10 oz can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies), drained
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- Fresh parsley or green onions (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and crumbly. Drain excess grease.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Stir in cooked sausage, drained Rotel, sharp cheddar, and mozzarella cheese until well combined.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or green onions before serving. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or toasted baguette slices.
Notes
For a creamier texture, ensure the cream cheese is soft enough. Adjust spice level to taste by adding more cayenne pepper. Use turkey sausage for a healthier option.
