  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley or green onions (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and crumbly. Drain excess grease.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Stir in cooked sausage, drained Rotel, sharp cheddar, and mozzarella cheese until well combined.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is bubbly and golden.
