Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and salt until well mixed.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars. Enjoy your healthy snack!
Notes
Press the mixture tightly into the baking pan for firmer bars. For a softer bar, reduce baking time slightly.
