- 1 lb boneless chicken thighs
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Add the chicken thighs to the pan and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- In a bowl, mix together garlic, soy sauce, and honey.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in the pan and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, until the sauce thickens and the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot over rice.
Notes
For extra flavor, make sure to brown the chicken well. Use fresh garlic for the best taste, and adjust the amount of honey to your liking. Add red pepper flakes for heat if desired.
