- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cooked and diced chicken
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup Italian salad dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the pasta, cherry tomatoes, chicken, bell peppers, black olives, and green onions.
- Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss until everything is well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
Customize the salad by adding feta cheese or fresh herbs, and try different pasta shapes for variety.
