4 boneless chicken breasts
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 pinch paprika (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
2. Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
4. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
5. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise for a lighter option.
Top with chopped parsley or thyme before serving.
Pair with mashed potatoes or green beans for a full meal.
