Instructions
1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
2. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer.
3. Add uncooked pasta and cook until al dente, stirring occasionally.
4. Lower the heat and stir in Parmesan until creamy.
5. Season with salt, pepper, and garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
Use vegetable broth for a vegetarian version.
Add grilled chicken, shrimp, or mushrooms for extra protein.
Reheat leftovers with a splash of milk to maintain creaminess.
