A quick, cheesy, protein-rich breakfast that brings pizza flavors to your morning plate. These Pizza Eggs are ready in 10 minutes; simple, satisfying, and customizable.

Ingredients

3 large eggs

1 tbsp olive oil or butter

2 tbsp pizza or marinara sauce

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

56 pepperoni slices (optional)

½ cup chopped vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)

Salt and pepper to taste

½ tsp Italian seasoning or oregano

Instructions

1. Dice your vegetables and heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

2. Add chopped veggies and sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened.

3. Crack eggs into the skillet and gently scramble or cook sunny-side-up.

4. Spoon pizza sauce over the eggs and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella.

5. Top with pepperoni slices or other preferred toppings.

6. Reduce heat, cover, and cook for 1–2 minutes until cheese melts.

7. Serve immediately with toast, fresh basil, or a sprinkle of chili flakes.

Notes

Use leftover pizza toppings for easy prep.

For a vegetarian version, omit pepperoni and add spinach or tomatoes.

To bake instead, cook in an ovenproof dish at 375°F for 8–10 minutes.
