  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
  • 12 Tbsp honey (plus more, to serve)
  • 1 tsp dried thyme (or 2 tsp fresh thyme)
  • Black pepper (freshly cracked)
  • Chopped walnuts (optional; raw or toasted)
  • Crusty, toasted bread (like sourdough or baguette)
  • Crackers

Instructions

  1. Add feta cheese and Greek yogurt to a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Add pumpkin puree, honey, thyme, and black pepper; blend until combined.
  3. Transfer to the fridge and chill for 30-60 minutes.
  4. Serve in a bowl garnished with walnuts, fresh thyme, and extra honey. Pair with toasted bread or crackers for dipping.

Notes

For a creamier dip, blend longer until super smooth. Adjust sweetness with more or less honey.
