- 8 oz block of feta cheese, drained from brine
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
- 1–2 Tbsp honey (plus more, to serve)
- 1 tsp dried thyme (or 2 tsp fresh thyme)
- Black pepper (freshly cracked)
- Chopped walnuts (optional; raw or toasted)
- Crusty, toasted bread (like sourdough or baguette)
- Crackers
Instructions
- Add feta cheese and Greek yogurt to a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add pumpkin puree, honey, thyme, and black pepper; blend until combined.
- Transfer to the fridge and chill for 30-60 minutes.
- Serve in a bowl garnished with walnuts, fresh thyme, and extra honey. Pair with toasted bread or crackers for dipping.
Notes
For a creamier dip, blend longer until super smooth. Adjust sweetness with more or less honey.
