Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
½ cup buffalo sauce
2 tbsp ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
1½ cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
12 Hawaiian rolls, sliced in half
2 tbsp melted butter
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp parsley flakes
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and dressing until coated.
3. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
4. Spread chicken mixture evenly on bottom halves.
5. Top with shredded cheese and place roll tops back on.
6. Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and parsley.
7. Bake for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
8. Slice and serve warm.
Notes
Use mild buffalo sauce for a less spicy version.
Add cream cheese under the chicken layer for extra creaminess.
Make ahead: assemble up to 24 hours in advance and refrigerate.
