  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bag frozen chopped spinach (10 oz), thawed and drained
  • 1 block cream cheese (8 oz), softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed but cold
  • 1 egg (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan, mayo, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Add the spinach and mix thoroughly.
  2. Flour the counter and roll out the puff pastry. Spread the spinach mixture over it, leaving one long side empty.
  3. Roll up the pastry tightly like a jelly roll and wrap it in plastic. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  5. Slice the log into half-inch rounds and place them on a lined baking sheet. Brush tops with beaten egg.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden and puffed up.

Notes

Serve warm with marinara or ranch dressing for dipping. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
