- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 2 cups beef or vegetable broth
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a baking dish, add the rice, broth, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the rice is tender and has absorbed all the liquid.
- Remove from the oven, fluff with a fork, and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
