- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned.
- Add garlic and ginger; stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, and rice vinegar. Pour over the beef.
- Add bell peppers and cooked noodles, tossing to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
You can adjust the soy sauce and brown sugar to suit your taste. Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or snap peas for extra nutrition.
