- 1 cup crushed strawberries

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted
- Additional graham cracker crumbs for rolling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, crushed strawberries, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, then dip them in the melted white chocolate.
- Roll them in graham cracker crumbs.
- Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate until firm.
- Serve chilled.
